John Richardson has actively represented clients before the Canadian Radio-Television Telecommunications Regulatory Affairs, and in particular, recently acted in a matter where he made a series of submissions arguing against the discontinuation of Bell's Prime-Line Telephone Service. The discontinuation of this service in favour of Bell's new Single Number Reach Service would have adversely impacted John's clients that relied on the additional, better features of the Prime-Line service.
